ADMISSIONS PROCEDURE FOR 2023/2024 ACADEMIC SESSION
ENTRANCE PROCEDURE
To enroll new students, please, call or visit the school. You may also choose to complete our Online Admission Form by clicking the link below and providing only the asterisked (*) information:
For your convenience, the online form has been designed to seamlessly take you through the admission process from start to finish without needing to come to the school premises (especially if you live far away like in Bonny Island). We can schedule a video call if necessary.
Entrance Eligibility:
1. In the Nursery School, from the Daycare, Creche, Pre-nursery, Nursery 1, Nursery 2, and the Transition (our Primary 1) classes, we place children in the respective classes based on their age, previous schooling records, and assessment of their ability to cope in the parents' choice of class. The age limits for enrolling children in the nursery school classes are:
(a) Transition class is for children from ages 5 to 6;
(b) Nursery 2 is from ages 4 to 5;
(c) Nursery 1 is from ages 3 to 4;
(d) Pre-nursery is from ages 2 to 3;
(e) Créche is from ages 1 to 2; and
(f) Daycare is from 0 to 1 year old.
2. In the Primary, Junior Secondary, and Senior Secondary Schools, placing a child in a class will first require considering the child's previous schooling records, and the child taking the entrance examination. To complete the admission process, parent(s) upon receiving the Offer of Admission Letter, will fill out and submit the Acceptance of Admission Form.
3. In the Unclassified classes, which are for children with disabilities, the entrance process requires interviewing the parents or guardians followed by interviewing the child to construct an Individualised Educational Plan for the child that we revise during the course of learning; depending on the child's learning progression and improvement assessments.

Step 3 - Make Payment
The registration fee is N5,000.00. Please pay to the account below, then upload the screenshot online in the “Admission Fees†tab:
For Physical forms: Submit the teller or evidence of payment to the school bursar or the school administrator or via the school email info@tuamodelschools.com.ng
Print Examination Slip
After Uploading your payment slip, you will receive a button to print the admission slip. if you are filling out the form with a mobile phone, choose "Save as PDF" to print later.
